Our journey began with the vision of Rubén Mariscal and María Mariscal, along with their family, hailing from the picturesque town of Ayutla, Jalisco, nestled in the Sierra Madre Occidental region of Jalisco, Mexico.
With over 15 years of residence in the Mukilteo community, we seized the opportunity to share our culinary heritage with the locals.
Sabor a Mexico has blossomed into a beloved culinary landmark, cherished by the community for our exceptional fajitas and perfectly grilled carne asada, crafted according to our cherished family recipes.
