Established in 2005, we pride ourselves on delivering an authentic taste of traditional Mexican cuisine, featuring mouthwatering specialties such as carne asada and classic enchiladas, among others.

Our journey began with the vision of Rubén Mariscal and María Mariscal, along with their family, hailing from the picturesque town of Ayutla, Jalisco, nestled in the Sierra Madre Occidental region of Jalisco, Mexico.

With over 15 years of residence in the Mukilteo community, we seized the opportunity to share our culinary heritage with the locals.
